Mariah Carey delivers TWINS!
Finally, after what seemed like, as many people have said, the longest pregnancy ever , Mariah Carey delivered her boy-girl twins today, April 20 at 12:07pm. Nick Cannon added on his Twitter page: "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!"
The baby's miraculously were born on the couple's third anniversary. Talk about good fortune! Congrats to the new parents. Let the pampering and endless nights begin!

UK mail reports the reality TV star and mom of two was in Miami the other day at a party thrown for her at Neiman Marcus by Ocean Drive magazine to celebrate the launch of a new collection in her Winter Kate line.

Australian model Miranda Kerr tweeted a photo of herself yesterday nursing her son, who she delivered with Orlando Bloom this past January 6. Wow! Four months to get back to model shape, but given how thin she remained while pregnant, are we surprised? It is said breastfeeding helps you burn 500 calories per day so apparently that has done wonders for Ms. Kerr, here! Wonderful!

The Altantic is updating the list of celebrities invited to tomorrow's annual White House Correspondents Dinner and notice that Bellyitch Bumpwatch Babes Alyssa Milano and Kate Hudson are expected to attend as guests of Fox news. Bellyitch's JJ will be out and about tonight attending various receptions and will keep an eye out for both of them. Fun times!

We loved Kate Middleton's wedding gown. It was classic, understated, stunning and perfect for Kate. Many people and the TV fashion commentators seemed to be expecting something more elaborate and ornate perhaps. When Williams' mom, Diana, married Prince Charles in the 1980s, she wore a poofified, lacy number that had all the trappings and cliches of that era. Thank goodness Kate opted for a dress that reflected her style, smart and independent modern personality. The dress foreshadows what type of style she will portray and shows that she is not willing to compromise herself to trends or for what the public expects of her. Good for you Kate!

Let's get the scary reason out of the way first. Hiring an employee who is not eligible to work in the United States is illegal and failing to pay the appropriate employment taxes constitutes tax fraud. If you're caught, you could be liable for payment of all back taxes (plus penalties and interest) and you could face federal charges of fraud and tax evasion and civil or criminal penalties including fines and potential imprisonment. Just because "everyone's doing it" doesn't mean that there is no exposure. If you hire household staff that is eligible to work in the United States and pay that person properly, you may be able to save money by putting up to $5,000 of pre-tax dollars each year into a Dependent Care Account. This pre-tax account can then be used to pay your nanny, thereby saving you money! If you hire legally and withhold taxes as the law requires, you actually end up paying out less each pay period. Let's take an example: If you pay your nanny $15/hour and she works 40 hours each week, you owe $600/week. However, because you withhold from your employee's paycheck, you are actually paying out less than that each pay period to your nanny. You are able to then save the withheld amount until your taxes come due, enabling you to potentially earn interest on the withheld amount. If you hire an individual who is not eligible to work in the United States, that person will not receive access to unemployment and disability insurance, workers compensation, medicare or social security benefits. If you know that you are breaking the law, you will not have peace of mind about the situation. Particularly when it comes to a nanny, you never want to worry that he or she will be afraid to call the police if there is an emergency with your child or hesitate before taking your child to the ER for fear of being found out. Pregnant British woman ate Big Macs for 9 months
By the time Suzanne Franklin (above) gave birth to a whopping 10 pound, 2 ounce baby this past Christmas she was already familiar with the concept of super sizing. Due to her severe food allergies, the British mom-to-be decided early on in her pregnancy that she would only eat McDonald's Big Macs.
It was Bic Macs, three meals a day for nine months. And hold the pickles, lettuce and cheese because she is allergic to them, along with vegetables, milk, peanuts and dozens of other foods.

Kate Hudson reveals she's engaged, shows "the Ring"
Though she tried to hide it while promoting her new movie on the TODAY show yesterday, pregnant Kate Hudson couldn't escape Matt Lauer.
"Could you place your hand in my hand for a second please?" Lauer asked. "I just want to see something."

It has been months since we've featured a Bellyitch Bump Day post on a Wednesday hump day. Above is a photo of a pregnant woman who is most likely pregnant with multiple babies, quadruplets maybe because not since the Octomom posed in a bikini have we seen such a large pregnant belly.
