I was sent a 4 pk sampler of Cherry Pharm Tart cherry juices (valued $9.99) to try with no strings attached. The producers make an all natural, not from concentrate brand of tart cherry juices, a juice said to have natural therapeutic properties. According to Cherry Farm, tart cherry has high levels of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, anti-carcinogens and anti-mutagens. Sounds good!!
I sampled the Natural Health, Natural Light ( lower calorie version) and Natural Recovery(for post work out) drinks.
Since often pregnant women are looking for natural healthy fixes they can drink that won't make them puke, I figured this would be a good solution especially for morning sickness sufferers.
The drink reminds me of a mixture of cranberry and pomegranate juice so it went down smooth. I was scared at the word "tart" and thought I'd have to hold my nose pucker my lips to down this concoction. I did not. It was naturally sweetened with apple juices. I enjoyed the juices and actually felt healthier and cleaner taking it in. It may had to do also with the fact that I was coming off a fast and was already detoxed and cleansed. The juices were a delightful treat at that time. But I digress...
The idea is if you want, you could drink a bottle a day to give you the benefits of the juices.
