The line, which is a derivative of Belle (Southern Belle) Parish (Southern town), is based on a community of women desiring classic and vintage style with a modern twist. Cute!

Not to be outdone by her husband, Nicole Richie is launching her own line to be called Winter Kate, which are her 1st daughter Harlow's two middle names. The line is set to feature tops, vests and bed jackets in colorful vintage-inspired silk, crepe and chiffon from as much as $35 wholesale for a camisole and as much as $598 for leather pieces. The 37-piece Winter Kate line will hit stores such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ron Herman, Intermix and Kitson beginning in February. Actress, Reality TV Star and Heiress Paris Hilton announced on her Twitter page in April that she is planning a children's clothing line. Yup, that was my reaction too. Paris who has no kids and neither a niece or nephew will be making mini "Paris" dresses. Errr. I will reserve judgment until I see it. source

Fashion designer to the stars Stella McCartney said she's given in to the many requests to launch a children's line and is pairing up with Gap Kids and BAby Gap to unveil a one-time-only line of children’s clothes that will launch in the UK, France, Japan, the U.S. and Canada. The line promises to include everything from ultra-soft cashmere blankets for newborns to brushed cotton blazers with silk lapels, and those wool military jackets. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's line Mary-Kate and Ashley: Real fashion for real girls for children 5-13 is sold in Wal-Mart stores nationwide. At least it's affordable. Since this line launched in 2007, the girls have come out with two subsequent very expensive line of clothing for young adults.
Rapper and business mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is also a children's clothing pioneer. His Sean Jean line has featured clothes for boys since early 2000s. This line makes durable urban, trendy and sporty clothes for the mini hip hop crooner in a crib near you.
