I spyed this from carf's photostream...I like it because it says, "mom, I'm going to be a big brother!" There is a backstory there too about single moms in Brazil (which this woman is). You'd have to read the comments to the photo to get into it. I'm not going into it here, right now.
Carf is an amazing photographer and does an excellent job capturing moving real human moments like this...Wonderful! Bela!
