Belated Celebrity Update Post: Celebrity Births

because one of my mottos in life is "better late than never," here's a late celebrity update. Obviously, I am NOT good at this weekly post thing I've been terribly trying to perpetrate. AND by the horrendous error filled state of my comments on the "Most Expensive" posts, I am in DIRE NEED of an editor! Nicole Richie has given birth to a baby boy and given him the name Sparrow. According to People magazine , Richie and her partner, Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, welcomed their second child into the world last Thursday morning (NZT). The baby's full name is listed on Richie's website as Sparrow James Midnight Madden. He is little brother to 19-month-old Harlow.

People is reporting that Actor Taye Diggs and wife Idina Menzel had their first child this September 2 and are now the proud parents of son Walker Diggs. The child is a first for the couple, who met on the set of the 1996 Broadway musical “Rent” and were married in 2003.

It’s another boy for Tisha Campbell-Martin! According to People, the actress and husband Duane Martin welcomed their second son, Ezekiel Czar Martin, on Tuesday at 10:20 AM in LA. The little bundle of joy weighed in at 9 lbs., 9 oz and measured 23 inches long. Ezekiel will join older brother Xen, 8, in the family.
