weightloss wednesday

i realize i was so busy last week that I missed a weigh in! oy vey!

I suppose one good thing about stressful weeks is they can sometimes lead to WEIGHT LOSS!

yippee! so I am down

last weigh in: 155lbs
today: 153 lbs.

I've started to seriously get back on my exercise regimen. Now that GG has a full time nanny at home, I can sign up for my ballet, hip hop, African dance and trainer classes again. My trainer and I bartered for some services last year and I sent him a referral for his part time realty business, so me thinks I have a few free sessions coming my way! :D
