My neice has both these items and within 2 weeks, she hated the papasan. The vibrations were too much for her and wasn't soothing at all. It is now in a corner of the house collecting dust. The swing however is great. She loves the music and playing with the toys. Its great to put her to sleep without you having to rock her yourself.
